- Spinach quiche, vegetable sticks with ricotta and chipotle, Parmesan sticks, cheese plate, fruits and linseed & raisin cookies.

Lunch:
- Fresh tuna sandwich, potatoe salad with fried green pepper, chips and goat cheese flan caramelized with lime .
- Chicken breast sandwich with mozzarella, apple and carrot salad with yoghurt dressing and chocolate brownies .
- Fried vegetable sandwich with goat cheese, green salad with asparagus and cherry tomatoes on jamaica vinaigrette and chocolate-cheese cake.
